Too much room to optimization, too much time for link building yet only one man to do the activities with projects lined up. I almost forgot, that I have to set up the affiliate thing so we can compare by how much the earnings in the affiliate, ads, and other money making machine versus this contest will bring in my basket.

Too much time for link building. Really cool contest but no point making such SEO contest where the only goal is to be the first in search results that encourages people to use black hat SEO techniques. Contest must have means to discourage blackhatting.
